A family friendly musical by Kit Goldstein Grant
Based on the story by Nikolai Gogol

A man's nose disappears from his face, and turns up the next day gallivanting around St. Petersburg dressed as a general -- what a lot of nonsense!

THE NOSE won second prize in the 2015 Jackie White Memorial National Children's Play Writing Contest, was a finalist for the Helen-Jean Play Contest, and had a staged reading at the National Opera Center in October 2015.

Summer, 2016 at the Midtown International Theatre Festival!

THE COMMUTERS or A CAUTIONARY TALE ABOUT THE PORT AUTHORITY
Book by Gil Varod, Music by Caleb Damschroder, Lyrics by Kit Goldstein Grant
Developed at the New York Library of the Performing Arts Across a Crowded Room series

When a recently-sacked MTA executive wanders the Port Authority Bus Terminal after midnight, the plaster 'Commuters' sculpture comes to life to tell him how he is to pay for his subway-related sins. When it comes to New York Transit, you better behave or better be brave! "THE COMMUTERS or A CAUTIONARY TALE ABOUT THE PORT AUTHORITY" is a PG-rated, good old-fashioned, New York-minded transit-obsessed comedy. In August 2015, the musical presented its first reading as part of Lincoln Center's 'Across A Crowded Room' workshop for a panel of theatrical luminaries to uproarious laughter and uncomfortably high praise.

July 15, 18, 20, 28, & 31, 2016, the Theatre at St. Clement's, 423 West 46th Street, NYC!
